Shipping terms & conditions

Delivery

We deliver everywhere in the world. If your country is not referenced in our list at checkout, send us a message to arrange shipping. All purchases will be sent within 3 days. All items are shipped from Italy with La Poste italiane (reduced shipping price with minimal tracking) or Fedex/UPS with tracking depending on your chosen shipping option.

Please note we can’t provide follow up service if you chose the Poste Italiane shipping.

Customer pick up is only available in our library in Turin.

Returns

You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery. To do so, please email [email protected]. Refunds will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method after goods have been returned unopened and undamaged. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Should the goods be lost by postal service during return process, no refund will be issued.

Lost & damaged items

All items are sent in perfect condition with protection and tracking number if chosen so. If your item is lost or damaged during transport, let us know.

We accept online payments with all credit cards. All transactions are secured using Stripe.
